Four members of family killed in mishap

Tragedy struck a members when four of its members were today killed when their car overturned and caught fire near here, police said.

The deceased were identified as C Ravi(40), his wife Kuchelakumari(40) and two daughters Rajendra(18) and Rajsumitra(15).

The occupants were returning after visiting the Palani temple when the car hit a tree, overturned and fell into a six-feet deep pit, before catching fire, police said.

All of them were charred to death, they said.
