: Four more people have been arrested in connection with the attack on the car belonging to Tamil Nadu Handlooms Minister OS Manian last month while he was visiting the cyclone-hit areas of the district, police said here Friday.
With this, the number of people arrested for the alleged attack has gone up to 12, the police said.
The four were remanded in judicial custody, they said.
The Minister's car was damaged on November 18 while he was proceeding to inspect the cyclone-affected Kannithoppu area of Vedaranyam.
