Four policemen injured in scuffle

Four policemen and a member of the All Bengal Electricity Consumers Association (ABECA) suffered injuries during a scuffle at Mandirtala in Howrah district.

The members of the association were going to submit a memorandum to the office of Chief Minister when the scuffle started as more members wanted to go to the chief minister's office.

Apart from four policemen, one member of the association Sanjay Ghatam was also injured in the scuffle, the police said.
