Four-year-old girl raped; accused held

A four-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth near here in Maharashtra, police said today.

The accused, Ambadas Nande, a farm labourer, has been arrested.

The 18-year-old raped the girl in an agriculture field at Wadegaon village on the evening of February 24, they said, quoting the complaint lodged by the victim's mother.
