Freight rates remain muted on less cargo movements

Freight rates for the nine-tonne payload section, remained steady at the local truck transport market in the national capital today on less cargo movements against excess availability of trucks.

Transporters said restricted cargo movements against ample availability of trucks mainly kept freight rates unaltered.
