Fullerton appoints Rakesh Makkar as EVP

Non-banking lender Fullerton India has appointed Rakesh Makkar as Executive Vice President and business head.

Makkar has around two decades of expertise in establishing new and successful businesses, managing distribution networks, and developing product in the credit sector.

Prior to this appointment, he was with home finance player DHFL as president and chief distribution officer.

At Fullerton India, Makkar will spearhead the company's growth across its 400 branches. Additionally, he will be heading the marketing & CSR function as well.
