A fast track court here today sentenced two youths to 10 years imprisonment for abducting and raping a minor girl.
Judge Punam Rajput also imposed a fine of Rs 40,000 on Ajit and Aatish after holding them guilty under IPC section 363 and 366 (punishment for kidnapping), and 376 (rape).
According to government lawyer Ritu Choudhry, the 16-year-old girl was abducted and raped by the duo at Sisoli town under Bhora Kala police station area here on December 12, 2011.
The victim was kept in confinement for two days, she added.
