The police today arrested one person after recovering 10 kg of ganja from his shop of smokeless tobacco product 'khaini' in Parsudih area here today.
DSP (law and order) B N Singh said the police raided the shop of Mansoor Alam at Makdampur locality following a tip off and recovered the narcotic which was on sale.
Alam told his interrogators that he had procured the ganja from Odisha, Singh said.
Alam was arrested and forwarded to jail.
