Gary Oldman in Kevin Costner starrer 'Criminal'

'Batman star Gary Oldman is in talks to join Kevin Costner in thriller film 'Criminal'.

The actor is currently starring in 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' and was in news for his controversial interview to Playboy magazine for which he apologised later.

'Criminal' centers on a dead CIA operative's memories, secrets and skills that are implanted into a dangerous prison inmate in hopes that he will stop a diabolical plot, said the Hollywood Reporter.

Oldman is apparently in talks to play the CIA chief.

Ariel Vromen, who wrote and directed 'The Iceman', is directing 'Criminal'.
