Gaudiya Mission in collaboration
with some other Vaishnava organisations like ISKCON, will hold Sri Chaitanya Janmotsava starting Sunday to March 31 at Bhagini Nivedita Udyan in Kolkata.
The Chaitanya Janmotsava in Kolkata was revived last year after a gap of 45 years along with other Vaishnava organisations including Mahanam Sevak Sangha and People's Forum for Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu for jointly organising the occasion.

On this occasion, a Nagar Sankirtan procession would be organised and procession which will start from Dharmatala and conclude at Bagbazar's Bhagini Nivedita Udyan where a Dharmasabha would be held.
Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy will formally inaugurate the Janmotsava on Sunday where West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi be the Chief Guest at the valedictory session on the concluding day.
On the occasion of the celebration of 530th Abirbhava-tithi of Sri Manmahaprabhu, there will be a Vaishnava Sammelan and seminars will also be organised.
On the first day, Dharma Mahasabha would be on "Chatanyer Premadharma O Bartaman Samaj.
This will be followed by Gaudiya Vaishnava Sammelan on "Sri Chaitannnyadever Nam-Prem Prachare Gaudiya Sampraday (second day), Saraswata Alochana Sabha (Conference) on "Sriman Mahaprabhur Shikshay Sahishnuta" (third day), and Sri Chaitanya-darshane Paropakara O Manavatavad (fourth day), and Dharma Mahasammelan on Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhur Drishtite Samaj Sanskara (fifth day).
