Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will discuss issues of agricultural advancements and water conservation with Israeli experts during his week-long visit to the country.
"We will discuss issues of water conservation and horticulture with representatives in Israel and also go for a field visit to inspect innovations in fields," Gehlot, who today left for Israel along with a state delegation, wrote in his blog.
He hoped that the outcome of the week-long visit would be useful for the development of the desert state which has similar climate conditions to that of Israel.
Energy and Public Heath and Engineering (PHED) Minister Dr Jitendra Singh and senior officers are the members of the 6-member delegation, according to an official.
