Actor Gemma Atkinson said she is surely looking to come back to "Emmerdale" at some point in the future.
The 32-year-old actor, who is currently a contestant on "Strictly Come Dancing", said she would return after she is through with the reality TV show, reported DigitalSpy.
"Carly Hope (her character) will go back at some point. But I might want a holiday at the end of ('Strictly')" Atkinson said.
The actor left the role earlier this summer, but it appears it was a temporary situation.
Earlier, Atkinson had said, "I am a hundred percent sure Carly will return. It's just a case of figuring out when and why and who she can mess up when she comes back.
"It's the end at the moment, but not forever. I never say never. Carly will go off and do some living, but she will come back and make amends - hopefully she will find Marlon happy with someone when she does.
