Gen. Rawat holds talks with top British Commander

Commander-in-Chief of Britain's defence services Sir Stuart Peach today held extensive talks with Army Chief Gen. Bipin Rawat on boosting defence and security cooperation between the two countries.

Gen. Rawat and Sir Peach deliberated on regional security situation and explored ways to deepen bilateral defence cooperation, an Army official said.

Vice Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal S B Deo also called on Sir Peach and deliberated on enhancing cooperation between the air forces of the two countries.
