Girl jumps before moving train, dies

A 25-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a moving train in Jhotwara area in the city.

The girl, whose identity was not established yet, jumped before a passenger train last night, police said.

Passersby spotted the girl's body and informed the police following which her body was taken to the SMS hospital's mortuary.

Efforts are on to ascertain her identity.
