Girl raped by fellow college student

A girl at Narwana village here has alleged she was raped by a student from her college on the pretext of giving her a lift back home, police said today.

According to police, the girl has stated in her complaint that the incident occurred nearly two-and-a-half months back.

The accused, a final year B.Com student in the same college as the girl, raped her after she accepted his offer for a drop home in his car.

The victim said that instead of taking her home, the boy had driven to a friend's house in Dhakal where he had committed the rape.
 

Police said that a case of rape had been registered against the accused along with charges of threatening to kill the victim.
