Gitanjali Gems today said its board has approved raising of up to Rs 110 crore through issue of convertible warrants through preferential allotment.
In a filing to the BSE, the company said the Board has approved to "raise funds up to Rs 110 crores by issue of convertible warrants to promoter/promoter group/persons other than promoters through preferential allotment".
The shareholders approval would be sought in this regard in the company's AGM scheduled to be held on September 30, it added.
