BSE-SME listed GlobalSpace Technologies today announced the acquisition of 70.80 per cent stake in Miljon Medi App for an undisclosed sum.
It's a strategic acquisition which would further consolidate the company's vision of creating an integrated digital healthcare ecosystem.
The company is having thought leadership in creating digital platform for pharma sales force and doctors, GlobalSpace said in a statement here.
Miljon Medi App is a health tech startup with a B2B digital platform that connects generics manufacturers to the entire pharma channel up to the retail chemist. The company claims to have several generics manufacturers already on the platform with an existing network of around 73 distributors and 9,380 chemists as its active users.
"This is a synergistic acquisition for us, we have already built an evolved digital platform for pharma distribution including ERP, mobile and web app, it would provide the much-needed technical scalability and viability to Miljhon Mediapp," GlobalSpace managing director Krishna Singh said.
