Government cancels appointments at Maulana Azad corporation

Maharashtra Government has scrapped the appointments of chairman and non-official directors of Maulana Azad Minority Financial Development Corporation.
Chairman Javed Shroff and ten non-official directors had been appointed by the previous Congress-NCP government in July.
A government resolution cancelling the appointments was issued on December 4.

The BJP-Shiv Sena government has also dissolved all the district Haj committees, appointed by the previous government.
Earlier, the government had cancelled the appointments of chairman and non-official directors of CIDCO.
