Govt employee held for taking bribe

An employee of Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board was apprehended today by the State Vigilance Organisation while he was allegedly accepting bribe for sanctioning loan.

On a complaint by one Praveen Kumar, SVO conducted raid and held the employee while he was allegedly taking Rs 5,000 for sanctioning loan in his favour at Ambphalla area of the city today, officials said.
