Govt pleader shot dead in Bihar

A government pleader was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on the Deenapatti-Meeragad road in Madhepura district today, police said.

Rameshwar Mehta was gunned down by three gunmen when he was returning home from court riding a cycle. The assailants fired from close range and he died on the spot, they said.
