Govt sanctions fund to repair Kodaikanal ghat road

Tamilnadu government has sanctioned Rs 18 crore for repairing the Kodaikanal ghat road which got battered by the recent rains.

Dindigul District Collector N Venkatachalam told while inaugurating a police check post at a place on Palani-Kodaikanal hill road, an official release said today.

The check post would play an important role to enhance the security for tourists visiting the hill station, he said.
