Govt taking steps for more B-schools: Union Minister

India needed more and more business schools and the government was taking steps to create more business schools not only in cities but across the country, he said addressing the convocation of a college here.

Stressing on the importance of excelling well at work, he said, "We have to be ourselves at that level (on par with the international standards). It is not only the career, but your contribution to the country."

Observing that the IIMs in the country were doing good, he said there was a need more private players in business education.
