Gram sevak arrested while taking bribe
The anti-corruption bureau today trapped a gram sevak while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 15,000 for issuance of no-objection certificate for a new petrol pump.
Devidas Suryabhan Shinde, the gram sevak, was arrested at village Zodge in Malegaon tehsil, ACB press release said here.
He was booked under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
