Greater Noida DM reviews ongoing development projects

Greater Noida District Magistrate Hira Lal Gupta today reviewed ongoing development projects and issued directions for their early completion.

Additional District Information Officer Rakesh Chauhan said the DM also directed officials to lay stress on quality and get a quality test done on all projects.

If the quality of work is found to be below the mark, the District Magistrate asked officials to blacklist the contractor and withhold the payment.

Where projects are held up due to scarcity or non-availability of funds, the DM asked officials to write to the state government for release of funds and see that funds are released and work completed within this financial year.
