Grocery shop owner shot dead

A grocery shop owner was shot dead by unidentified men here, police said today.

The incident occurred near Kotdi area last night when the victim, Sanwarmal Yadav, was returning home, they said.

Used bullets and Rs 53,000 in cash were recovered from the crime scene. A case has been registered and an investigation was underway.
