Gunmen attack state broadcaster in east Afghanistan: official

Gunmen attacked a national television and radio station in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad today, an official said.

"We have reports of an attack on RTA (Radio Television Afghanistan). A gunfight is going on inside the building," government spokesman Attaullah Khogyani told AFP.
