Gur Chakku prices drifted lower by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale market in the national capital today following sluggish demand amid adequate stocks.
Elsewhere, other gur varieties ruled steady on little doing.
Muzaffarnagar gur market also depicted a weak trend with gur Chakku prices falling by Rs 50 per quintal on lack of buying support.
Meanwhile, other gur varieties maintained at overnight closing levels on some support.
Marketmen said ample stocks on increased supplies amid negligible demand from stockists and retailers caused the fall in gur Chakku prices in Delhi and Muzaffarnagar.

Generally, prices of other gur varieties in Delhi, Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar continued to be enquired at last levels.
In Delhi, gur Chakku prices declined by Rs 100 to conclude at Rs 2,600-2,700 per quintal.
At Muzaffarnagar, gur Chakku showed a fall of Rs 50 at Rs 2,300-2,500 per quintal.

Gur chakku Rs 2,600-2,700, pedi Rs 2,600-2,700, dhayya Rs 2,800-2,900 and shakkar Rs 2,900-3,000.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,000-2,100, chakku Rs 2,300-2,500, khurpa Rs 2,100-2,200 and Ladoo Rs 2,300- 2,400.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,200-2,300 and dhayya Rs 2,250-2,350.
