'Harry Potter' themed bar brews magic in Toronto

A new "Harry Potter" themed bar has opened its gates for visitors in Toronto, Canada.

'The Lockhart' - which is a reference to the vain Defence Against the Dark Arts professor in "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" offers a vibe that beams of the popular franchise, reported Entertainment Weekly.

With subtle references to JK Rowling's magical tale in the decor, like the stag coaster, and drink names including 'The Shacklebolt', the bar aims to be equally appealing to the uninitiated.

"Without knowing any of the Harry Potter stuff, you already will think of this as a cool bar. You'd come here and see the stag's head on the wall and go, 'Wow, I love that,' but a Harry Potter fan might say, 'That's a Patronus,'" co-owner Paris Xerx said.
 

True "Harry Potter" fans will also appreciate the bar's neon sign, a heart containing the closing words of the final Potter novel, "All was well.
