Harry Shum Jr joins 'Shadowhunters' cast

"Glee" star Harry Shum Jr has joined the cast of ABC Family's upcoming epic saga "Shadowhunters".

The actor will star alongside Katherine McNamara, Dominic Sherwood, Alberto Rosende, Emeraude Toubia, Isaiah Mustafa, Matthew Daddario and Alan Van Sprang, reported Ace Showbiz.

Harry will portray Magnus Bane, the high warlock of Brooklyn.

"Shadowhunters" will be produced by Constantin Film and executive produced by Ed Decter and McG, who will also direct the first of thirteen episodes.
