HC rejects Rose Valley chairman's bail prayer

The Calcutta High Court today rejected the bail prayer of Rose Valley Group chairman Gautam Kundu.

Justice R K Bag rejected the bail plea of Kundu who was arrested by Enforcement Directorate in connection with a case of money laundering.

His bail prayer was earlier rejected by a city court.

Kundu was arrested on March 25 by ED in connection with its probe in the ponzi scam allegedly perpetrated by the consortium of Rose Valley Group of companies.
