Headmaster of a government primary school murdered

A 35-year-old headmaster of a government primary school at Nanginadapadu was murdered by unidentified people at Amruthapuram area under Sabbavaram police station limits in the district today.

The deceased was K Satyanarayana and the incident occurred when the headmaster was returning to Sabbavaram from the school on his motorbike.

According to reports, Satyanarayana got married to Sarada of Sujathanagar area in Vizag city and the couple had two sons.

Sarada who got separated from Satyanarayana had been staying with her two sons at Sujathanagar area since a few years.

Recently, Satyanarayana filed a divorce plea in court on the ground that his wife separated from him without any reason and hearing of the case was scheduled for December 5.
 

When Satyanarayana was returning to Sabbavaram after his duty hours, a group of five unidentified person in an autorickshaw followed him, beat him to death with iron rods and fled the spot.

At the time of the incident, there were some washermen at the spot, but they could not identify the culprits.

After being informed, Anakapalle Rural police inspector (in-charge) G Chandra visited the crime scene.

He said that the case is being investigated from all angles to nab the accused.
