Heat wave mars normal life in Rajasthan

Churu recorded a high of 44 degree Celsius, Dholpur and Jaipur recorded 43.2 and 41.4 deg C respectively.

Other parts of the state recorded maximum temperature between 37.5 deg C to 41 deg C.

Light rains occurred in Sriganganagar, Sadulshahar, Ghadsana, Churu and nearby areas during the last 24 hours.

The prevailing weather conditions would continue during next 24 hours, according to Met department here.
