Heat wave continued unabated in Rajasthan, where Sriganganagar was the hottest place with a maximum temperature of 47.5 degrees Celsius.
Temperature remained above normal across the state and settled above 44 degrees at various places, Met officials said.
While Bikaner recorded a maximum of 45.6 degrees, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Barmer, Jodhpur and Ajmer districts recorded maxiMum temperatures of 44.5, 44.1, 44, 43.3 and 43 degrees Celisus.
