Heat waves continue in Rajasthan

Heat waves today continued in Rajasthan where Churu at 47.4 degree Celsius was the hottest place in the state.

Elsewhere, Bikaner recorded a maximum of 46.5 deg C, Barmer 46 deg C, Jodhpur 45.1 deg C, Sriganganagar 44.8 deg C and Ajmer 44.6 deg C, MeT officials said.

Pink city Jaipur settled at a high of 43.9 deg C.
