Actor Henry Cavill has hinted at the possible fight between his Superman and Dwayne Johnson's Black Adam.
"Merry Christmas a Happy New Year from Superman and Black Adam @therock. Today we drink like gentleman and come together as friends. We're excited for what the future brings," Cavill, 33, wrote along side the picture he posted on Instagram.
Johnson, who takes the role of the supervillain in "Shazam," also posted the same photo featuring him and Cavill, along with the caption which hints that the two DC characters will fight in the movie.
"#DangerousGentleman #DCWorldsWillCollide #Superman," wrote Johnson.
"Shazam" follows Young Billy Batson who finds himself gifted with the power of the wizard Shazam to fight against the forces of evil. With the wisdom of Solomon, the strength of Hercules, the stamina of Atlas, the power of Zeus, the courage of Achilles and the speed of Mercury, he is the holder of the power of Shazam, formerly known as Captain Marvel.
Cavill will next be seen as Superman in Zack Snyder's "Justice League".
