Heroine worth Rs 10 Cr seized; 2 arrested

Heroine worth Rs 10 crore in the international market was confiscated with the arrest of two narcotic smugglers from Neelam Lodge here, police said today.

IG, Law and Order, A Satish Ganesh said district police, in a joint operation with crime branch, arrested two smugglers from Neelam Lodge and recovered heroin worth Rs 10 crore from them.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on, he said.
