Himachal CM hails increase in subsidised LPG cylinders

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today welcomed the Centre's decision to raise the annual quota of subsidised LPG cylinders from 9 to 12.

He said he had taken up the matter with the Petroleum Ministry to increase the ceiling on subsidised LPG cylinders, especially in hilly areas to save the precious forests wealth.

The Chief Minister also hailed the decision to suspend Aadhar-link subsidy transfer scheme which was causing inconvenience to the common people.
