Himachali man found dead in Leh in suspicious circumstances

Stanzin Chosgail (30), a resident of Spiti in Himachal Pradesh, was found hanging at a rented room in a Housing colony in Leh in suspicious circumstances, a police spokesman said.

Police has initiated inquest proceedings under Section 174 of the CrPC in this regard, he said.
