History-sheeter held with arms

A man involved in many crimes, was arrested in Kendrapara district, police said today.

An improvised pistol with live cartridges was also recovered from the history-sheeter, who was arrested after a raid on his hideout in Belatala village under Pattamundai police station limit yesterday, they said.

At least 14 criminal cases are pending against Braja Kishore Pradhan (40), police said.
