Hoax bomb threat to school

An anonymous bomb threat call to a school in the city proved to be hoax today.

The head master of Al Azhar School received a call around 12 pm, stating that a bomb was planted in the school, police said.

Police along with Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad searched the school, after evacuating the students.

However, no explosives were found during the search, proving the call to be a hoax, they said.
