Home guard electrocuted

A home guard jawan was electrocuted when he was putting the charger of his cell phone in an electric switch in Dhanari area, a police spokesman said here today.

Mahipal (28) was electrocuted while putting the charger of his cell phone in the electric switch in Khajara Inayatganj village last evening, he said.

Unable to bear the trauma of Mahipal's death, 55-year-old Kallo, mother of the victim, hanged herself with a roof and committed suicide, the spokesman said.
