House wife gang raped

A 29-year-old house wife was gang raped by two youths in West Bengal's North Danajpur district.

According to police, the youths at Malon village under Hemtabad police station confronted the victim when she was waiting near a bus stand.

The two motor cycle borne youths lured the house wife for a lift to Malon on their bike after which they took her to a nearby forest and raped her last night, the police said.

The woman later lodged an FIR with Hemtabad police station following which one rapist Taiyab Ali (27) was arrested and produced before the court which rejected his bail petition and sent him to a correctional home for 14 days.
 

The police was in search of Ali's accomplice.
