The Joint Action Committee of the district courts advocates of Himachal Pradesh today decided to suspend its ongoing agitation and start attending the courts from November 4.
Chairman of the Action Committee Tek Chand Rana said a delegation of the committee would call on the Chief Justice on November 5 and decide the future course of action in case no amicable settlement was reached on the demands.
The district level lawyers have been boycotting court work in view of the decision of the HP High Court to hold courts of session judges and additional session judges at the sub- divisional and tehsil headquarters.
