Hr students to promote electoral participation on National

National Voters' Day will be observed in all schools and colleges of Haryana on January 25, to promote electoral participation and register every eligible persons in the electoral roll.

Schools and colleges would organise activities such as poster making, essay writing, declamation contests and also organise rallies and street plays to ensure maximum enrolment of yougsters who are eligible as voters and to spread awareness among people, an official spokesperson said here today.

As per Election Commission of India's instructions, a National Voters' Day oath or pledge is to be administered to every citizens, he said.
