Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today said a section of people making hue and cry over yoga were involved in the demolition of Babri Masjid.
"Some people are making hue and cry over yoga. A section of such people were involved in the Babri Masjid demolition case and are still playing divisive politics," Gogoi tweeted today.
Yoga is good for health and is universally accepted as a tool which leads to personal well-being but some people are using it to play divisive politics, he said.
"Yoga signifies peace and harmony and it promotes 'sadbhavana' among different sections of people representing different faiths," he added.
