Huge quantity of heroin seized, two persons arrested

The police have seized huge quantity of heroin from Nagaram area here and arrested two persons in this connection, a senior police officer said today.

The Narcotics and Border Affairs section of Manipur Police seized around 1 Kg of heroin from the possession of two persons in Nagaram area here yesterday, the officer said.

The seized heroin is worth around Rs 2 crore in the international market, the officer added.
