I'd like to punch him in the face: Robert De Niro on Trump

Oscar-winning actor Robert De Niro has hit out at the US presidential candidate Donald Trump, saying he wants to punch the politician in his face.

The 73-year-old star's remarks feature in a video produced by Anonymous Content, which has been making a series of short interviews for an initiative called #VoteYourFuture, reported Variety.

"I'd like to punch him (Trump) in the face," he said in the clip.

In the video, De Niro can also be heard calling Trump a "blatantly stupid" and "punk" artist.
