Singer Kesha is in no mood to let her ongoing legal battle with Dr Luke take a toll on her and is moving ahead on a positive path with desire to bring her life, freedom and happiness back.
The 29-year-old "True Colors" hitmaker took to Instagram to share a positive personal note to her fans.
"I have been battling depression and an eating disorder for a while now. My career is in a strange place and it feels like I'm fighting an uphill fight some days. But I have decided to take my life back. My freedom, my happiness, my voice, my worth.
"I will not be quiet and hide. Today I will say it and live. Today I'm making that choice. AND IM HAPPY AS A DAMN CLAM...," Kesha wrote along with a photo of herself, in shadow.
The post closely followed the singer's social media takedown of body shamers last week.
