Hollywood beauty Jessica Alba says she is not always the nicest boss when it comes to her billion-dollar business empire, the Honest Company.
Featured on the cover of More magazine, the 34-year-old "Sin City" star shared she is all business when work needs to get done, reported E!Online.
"Sometimes I'm a little more iron fist than velvet glove. I'm straight to the point. I've made people cry," she said.
Standing by her leadership practises, the actress believes
sometimes showing tough love is necessary, but she's working on being a bit more understanding.
"I have to say, 'This isn't personal'. This is what needs to get done, and it's just as simple as that. And... We're not crying anymore'. I'm learning to tone myself down," she added.
