Popular contemporary musician Neel Dutta, having national awards and other honours under his belt, doesnot think Tollywood movies have ever touched the musical benchmark.
Neel, who affirms having evolved as a musician in senior Dutta's last work Sesh Boley Kichhu Nei, told PTI, "While I love to hear many Bengali playbacks, our films never made the cut to musical."
Neel, who said doing the musical scores in Sesh Bole Kichhu Nei was a refreshing change from any type of work he did previously, said, "I consider Oliver in Hollywood as the best musical I had ever watched."
